*All payments for Hall Hire are due at least one week prior. See Invoice for Payment methods.
*If you have a function that requires earlier set up, this must be discussed prior to the event with the Hall Booking Officer
* If you are Selling/serving alcohol at your function you require a Liquor License. You need to go to The Victorian Liquor Commission | vic.gov.au
* Use of the Audio/Projector/Lighting system is extra to Hire cost.
*All furniture and fittings belong to Panton Hill Hall and cannot be removed, including paintings, photographs etc.
*All chairs and tables must be returned to cupboards. PLEASE DO NOT DRAG THEM ACROSS FLOORS.
*All rubbish is to be emptied into bins outside below Kitchen area.
*Kitchen must be clean, benches; oven, microwave and fridge must all be wiped.
*Floors must be swept, and mopped with COLD water only - hot water damages the surface.
* Please do not use nails or screws to hang decorations, use tape or string & remove it when finished.
*All heaters/Air conditioners must be turned off and remotes in their holders.
*Please check all doors are locked from outside before you leave.
*Please check all lights, including toilet lights are switched off.
* Please leave security light switch on – this has black square & sign around switch.
* If being used Ceiling Fans need to be switched on & off in the Main Entrance cupboard.
*Keys to be returned to whomever they were organized with.
* BOND will be returned after inspection, providing Hirer has complied with Hire Conditions and No damage to Hall.
*Further charges may apply if there are extra costs incurred through damage caused or the need for extra cleaning.
